About the Facilities

Procedure for hiring

1.Starting date for application

Main Stage

● For recitals of Noh and Kyogen, and preparation and practice for the recitals
Second Sunday of the month 24 months before the month which the date of hiring belongs to
(First come, first served)

● For recitals, etc. of Japanese traditional performing arts other than Noh and Kyogen
Second Sunday of the month 12 months before the month which the date of hiring belongs to
(By lot, if applied by more than one parties)

Second Stage

Second Sunday of the month 12 months before the month which the date of hiring belongs to
(By lot, if applied by more than one parties)

Practice Rooms
(4 rooms)

Second Sunday of the month 6 months before the month which the date of hiring belongs to
(By lot, if applied by more than one parties)

Dressing Rooms
(4 rooms)

Second Sunday of the month 12 months before the month which the date of hiring belongs to
(By lot, if applied by more than one parties)

2. Application for venue hiring

How to apply

Visit us and apply for venue hiring by filling the application form and paying the fees. On completing your application, you will be provided a permit for venue hiring. (Please take the permit on the day of usage.)
Fees for incidental equipment shall be paid on the day of hiring.

Booking

Booking is accepted as following periods:

On the starting day of application	→	From 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
On the next day of the starting day of application and onward	→	From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Visit us and complete your application procedure by filling the application form and paying the fees within a month after booking. In case the application form is not submitted or the fee is not paid after a month from booking, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

*If you use Main Stage or Second Stage and other facilities, you can apply for all venues at one time.

*Some applications may not be accepted due to the purpose of hiring.

Charge for hiring

*Hours of venue hiring include preparation and clearing up.
*Charges for Main Stage include charges for dressing rooms.
*In case of extending the time of use, extra charges written in ( ) brackets in each category on the table above shall be paid.
*In case of cancellation after application, fees are not refunded basically.

Half of the fees will be refunded if cancellation procedure is completed before dates as follows;
　Main Stage for Noh and Kyogen: 8 months before the date of hiring
　Main Stage for purposes other than Noh and Kyogen: 3 months before the date of hiring
　Second Stage: 1 month before the date of hiring
　Practice Room: 1 month before the date of hiring
　Dressing Room: 7 days before the date of hiring
