Is there parking available?
We do not have customer parking or bicycle parking. Please use public transportation.
For guests who use a wheelchair or have a disability and wish to arrive by car, we can arrange for a parking space. If you would like to make a reservation, please contact us via the “Contact Form” or by phone at (045-263-3055).

Are there any closing days?
The entire facility will be closed during the New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd) and on facility inspection days (approximately twice a month).

There is a viewing space designated for wheelchair users.

There are no restaurants inside the facility.

You may eat and drink in the rest area in front of the vending machines in the lobby and on the chairs in the lobby.

Please use the coin lockers (1st and 2nd floor lobbies / 100 yen return system).
Large luggage that does not fit in the lockers can be stored at the reception desk.

What should I do if I lose my ticket?
We cannot reissue tickets for events hosted by our venue. Please take good care of your tickets.
For events held at our venue by third-party organizers, please contact the respective organizers. -
Can I change or cancel my purchased ticket?
For performances organized by our venue, ticket changes or cancellations are not permitted. Please confirm the performance date and time, seat type, and other details in advance before purchasing your tickets.
For performances held by external organizers, please contact the respective organizers directly. -

Will there be subtitles for the performance?
Depending on the performance, subtitles (in Japanese and English) are available via a smartphone app. You can use your own smartphone or a tablet provided for loan.

Can I bring my children?
Everyone is welcome to tour the facility. Strollers are permitted. Children are welcome to attend Noh and Kyogen performances. However, if a child becomes noisy, starts talking, or begins to cry, we ask that you take them to the lobby. Monitors displaying the stage are available in the lobby.
We also host performances and workshops designed for elementary and middle school students. -
How can I take Noh and Kyogen classes and lessons?
Yokohama Noh Theater regularly holds Noh and Kyogen workshops.
If you are interested in taking lessons from a Noh performer, please contact us. -
